It’s time for us to shine as a collaborative community of women! We will have a discussion about our partnerships and collaborations at the January HER monthly meet-up, on the 27th of January at Motiv Uganda.
Last Saturday, the Simba Group of Companies hosted a staff party to celebrate the hard work and dedication of all employees over the past year. The party was held at Eclipse at Protea Hotel By Marriott Kampala Skyz and provided a perfect mood needed for the staff to relax and celebrate a successful year.
Unlike our previous HER monthly meet-ups, we are doing it bigger, different and definitely better this month. The end-of-year event for HER community will be on the 16th of December, at Protea Skyz Hotel in Naguru, from 5 pm till late.
Nothing beats a season of cheer & much-needed rest after a long year’s work. You put in the effort & you earned the downtime. Say hello to December, arguably the best time of the year. There’s something different in the air around this time; the feeling of excitement as we close 2022 and a chance to just sit back and reflect on what kind of year it has been.
With our growing numbers, we felt the need to change our location to allow space for more women to attend HER events and also free up more space for our community to grow. Our move from hosting at Skyz Naguru to now Motiv Uganda has been great and allowed for female entrepreneurs in the food industry to get a chance to showcase their products
Simba Group’s Protea Hotel Kampala has partnered with the Uganda Blood Transfusion Services to host a blood donation drive in Kampala, helping to ease the blood shortage and save lives.
