HER community throws monthly meet-ups every last Thursday of the month. July’s meet-up was graced by our guest speaker, Samantha Tinkamanyire on the theme of Customer Experience.
Samantha Tinkamanyire is a Strategic Partnerships and Business Development Associate at Amani Partner. She has over 10 years of experience as a business development professional, working with organizations in Uganda and the United States to assess, improve, and implement management systems for operational success.
She highlighted what entrepreneurs can do to maintain and attract clients through customer experience and discussed what impact it has on business growth and sales conversion.Our host

The monthly meet-up saw an attendance of about 40 women with our newest partner, Wazi Vision Limited in attendance. Vendors and business ladies got the opportunity to showcase their products and services to the attendees.
