Leadership Across Sectors
Dr. Nataliey Bitature serves as Chief of Staff, supporting over a thousand employees across hospitality, telecom, media, renewable energy, and real estate, while also founding HER Working Women. Ms. Carol Bitature, co-founder of Simba Telecom, leads the Group's Properties and Hotels division. Rachael Nalumu heads Marketing, and Phiona Nabisere leads Elgon Terrace Hotel as General Manager.
